Description

Directs staff responsible for systematically sampling the adequacy and reliability of internal control and accounting systems. Directs review and verification of records, compliance with standards, policies and procedures. Recommends changes, ensures that company policies and procedures are followed, and establishes techniques to discover and prevent fraud. Selects areas for operational accounting.
